Initial Consult 53-60 minute session (CPT code 90791): $175 (average time 55 minutes)

 

Individual 53-60 minute session (CPT code 90837) : $120 (average time 55 minutes)

INSURANCE

I am currently in network with CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield of Maryland, Optum/United Healthcare, and Cigna.

 

If you have out-of-network (OON) benefits, you may be eligible to receive partial reimbursement from your insurer. I recommend that you check your coverage by calling your insurer before scheduling a first appointment.

CLAIM SUBMISSION

If you have out-of-network benefits, I am happy to submit a monthly claim to your insurance company and request that they send you any reimbursement you are due.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please remember to cancel or reschedule an appointment 48 hours in advance; otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate for any missed session. Your insurance company will not pay for missed appointments.
